Not only is Geoff Watts Intelligentsia’s Coffee Buyer, he also is one of the most knowledgeable guys in the coffee business. There is only one tricky part to getting this information: To do his job well, Geoff is out of the country… A LOT. We counted it up and he spent 253 days at source last year. It would be great to have him meeting with all of you on a regular basis, but this travel schedule keeps him away from all of us. (Although come to think of it, his dog probably misses him most.)
